  • To do this, first of all, you should sit on the heels on the heels by laying mats on the ground.
  • Then with the arms raised upwards, while exhaling, drop your forehead to the ground.

While doing this asana, the body comes in a triangle-like posture, that's why it is called trikonasana.

  • Now, spread your arms away from the body to the shoulder, and while breathing takes the right hand up and closes it with the ear.
  • After that, while exhaling slowly, bend from the waist to the left.
  • During this time the right hand should be adjacent to the ear and do not bend the knees at all.
  • Now try to bring the right hand parallel to the ground and touch the left ankle with the left hand.
  • Remain in this posture for 10 to 30 seconds and breathe at normal speed. Similarly, do it on the right side.
  • Breathe back to normal.
  • You should do this three to four times per day.
